The Cell Imaging Facility (CIF) offers the use of the microscopic equipment, our expertise and training in advanced biological microscopic imaging techniques. We offer wide-field fluorescent microscopy, single and multi-photon confocal microscopy and electron microscopy.  Our wide-field microscopes equipped with phase-contrast, Nomarski differential interference contrast (DIC) and epi-fluorescent optics.  We are also capable of performing ratiometric fluorescence imaging of intracellular single molecule interactions.   Optical capability of our microscopes covers a broad range of excitation and emission spectra from deep UV to Far Red. The Cell Analysis   Electron microscopy provides imaging of ultrastructural property of biological objects.
